Webex Whiteboards from your browser

Whiteboards by Webex makes it easier to keep all your whiteboards — whiteboards you created yourself and whiteboards others have created and shared with you — in one place. You don't have to scroll through a list of Webex spaces or a recording of a meeting, looking for a whiteboard you've lost track of. You can search for, select, and share any board you have access to on your web browser. You can also create new ones, share them instantly, and start collaborating.

See Webex Whiteboards to get started.

Whiteboards in messaging spaces

When you're collaborating in a space, sometimes a quick sketch explains an idea better than words. You can create a whiteboard in Webex App and draw on it to share your ideas. As you work, your changes are saved automatically and your whiteboard is added to the list of whiteboards in the space. You can go back to edit it and share it with others.

See Create and annotate a whiteboard in a space for more information.

Whiteboards on Cisco devices

Use your Board or Desk Series device's whiteboard to enhance meetings and presentations with interactive visuals. Draw and write in all directions without ever running out of space — the whiteboard is your infinite canvas.

Using your fingertip or the provided stylus, create drawings, share ideas, and annotate shared content. Collaboration has never been easier—send your whiteboards by email, share them during calls so everybody can work together, or save them to Webex spaces.

See Use the whiteboard on Board and Desk Series for more information.
