  • A supported Cisco device and a compatible Room Navigator, if required.
  • Administrator access to Control Hub.

• Zoom:

  • Administrator access to the Zoom admin portal.
  • A Zoom Rooms activation code from Zoom Device Manager or the Zoom admin portal.

• Network access that allows the device to connect to Cisco and Zoom services.

You can deploy Zoom Rooms on these Cisco devices:

Zoom Rooms on Cisco devices requires the software version RoomOS 26.10 or later; it is not supported on RoomOS 11.

Registration and activation

The device must complete the First-Time Wizard and be registered to Webex. You also need a Zoom Rooms activation code from your Zoom administrator.

Recommended configurations

We recommend setting the following configuration on devices to avoid problematic downscaling:
