Change time zone of user and Workspace devices
You can update the time zone of the devices assigned to users and workspaces to reflect the current local time. This is helpful if a user often travels or works regularly in a different time zone.
Change time zone of user device

Sign in to Control Hub, then under Management, click Users. |

Select a user and click the Calling tab. |

Go to the Voicemail, fax, announcement language and timezone section and click Calling timezone. |

From the Calling timezone drop-down, choose the applicable time zone. |

Click Save. A user can also change the time zone of their device on their own in the User Portal. For more information, see Change the time zone of your device. Any changes made to these settings by the user will be reflected in both the User Portal and Control Hub. |
Change time zone of workspace device

Sign in to Control Hub, then under Management, click Workspaces. |

Select a workspace and click the Calling tab. |

Go to the Announcement language and timezone section and click Calling timezone. |

From the Calling timezone drop-down, choose the applicable time zone. |

Click Save. |
