How the schedule on behalf feature works for Webex Meetings and Webex Training

If you have a host account, you can schedule meetings or training sessions on behalf of someone in your organization and access meeting content after the meeting ends. That person must allow you to schedule meetings or training sessions on their behalf. For more information, see the following:

• Allow another host to schedule meetings or training sessions on your behalf

• Allow someone to schedule Webex Meetings on your behalf in Microsoft Outlook

Then, you can schedule a meeting or training session on behalf of that person. For more information, see the following:

If the person that you're scheduling on behalf of also wants someone else to start the meeting, a cohost can take over the host role.
