Share computer audio when you share content in a Webex call or meeting

To ensure that everyone hears the audio when you share animations or videos during a call or meeting, select the option to share your computer's audio.

Open Webex and sign in.

Do one of the following:

When you share content in a phone call or share content during a meeting, check Include computer sound under Sharing options in the share window.
When you're not in a call or meeting, click Settings on the navigation sidebar, click Sharing content, and under Sharing options, check Include computer sound, and click Save.

The app saves your setting, so any change you make applies to all future calls and meetings.

1	Open Webex and sign in.
2	When you share content in a phone call or share content during a meeting, toggle on Share device audio. If you Optimize for video, this setting is toggled on automatically for you.
