Download files before a webinar
If the host or cohost has uploaded files before a Webexwebinar, you can download them from the webinar information page to prepare for the webinar or complete work in advance.
To learn more about turning this feature on for your Webex site, contact your administrator.

Click View webinar information in your webinar invitation email. |

Enter the webinar password. |

In the Webinar materials section, click the link for the files. |

Click OK. |
