Once you receive your welcome email, you’re ready to set up your calling and collaboration services.
Access the calling user portal for the first time
As a Webex Calling user, you can use the calling user portal to manage and configure your calling features and settings of your service, such as, check your voicemails and set up call forward and remote offices. Set up your voicemail
Depending on what you're doing, you can use your desk phone, Webex Settings, and the Webex App to manage your voicemail messages and settings. For more information about the available voicemail features, voicemail PIN requirements, and how to activiate your voicemail account, see Set up your voicemail.
Download your Webex App or Webex Calling app
Based on your organization’s settings, you are assigned either the Webex App or Webex Calling app. To download the calling app assigned to you, log in to Webex Settings. The download button on your home screen says either Download Webex App or Download Webex Calling.

Webex Calling provides an integrated user calling experience with Webex devices, including Cisco IP Phones 6800, 7800, 8800 Series desk phones, Cisco IP Conference Phones 7832 and 8832, Cisco IP DECT 6800 Series, and analog ATAs.
