Hover your cursor over a contact photo to display the context menu.

Click View People Insights Profile.

The People Insights profile appears in its own window and, depending on the information available, displays the following:

  • Title and company name

  • Internal directory information, such as the person's manager and contact information

  • Managers and direct reports

  • Their current position(s)

(Optional) To view information about this contact's company, click the Company tab.

Open a user's contact page, which is accessed differently, depending on the location in Cisco Jabber. For example:

  • Chat History: Individual User - Tap the contact's photo. Then, at the top of the chat window, tap the name, and finally tap Info.

  • Chat History: Users in a Space - Tap the space name.

    • Space Participants - These user photos appear to the left of comments they leave in the space. Tap the Contact's photo and, from the popup menu, tap the contact name.

    • Message Viewers - These user photos appear beneath the latest message in a space. Tap one of the photos to open the Seen By page. Then, tap the desired contact photo.

  • Call or Voicemail History - To the right of the contact name, tap Information and then the Contact Card.

  • Contacts List- To the right of the contact name, tap Information.
