Move a call to your desk phone

You can move an active call from the Webex App or another device directly to your desk phone, ensuring a seamless transition with no interruption to the conversation. This Help article is for Cisco Desk Phone 9800 Series and Cisco Video Phone 8875 registered to Webex Calling.

If you're on a call in the Webex app, you can pull the call to your desk phone. This feature allows you to switch devices without interrupting the conversation.

To move a call to your desk phone, do one of the following

  • Single line—Select Call pull or dial *11.
  • Multiple lines—Select a line and press Call pull or dial *11.

The Call pull softkey is available only if your administrator has configured it on your phone.

The call moves to the phone and disconnects from the other device.

When the call is active on your phone, you can move it to the Webex app.
