Start and manage free trials in Control Hub
As a full administrator, you can start and manage a 30-day free trial for Webex Webinars. Up to 20 users can host webinars for up to 5,000 people.
Start a webinar trial
Before you begin
Free trials are not available to customers who have an online subscription.

Under Management, select Account, then click New offers. |

Under Webex Webinars 5,000, click View details. |

Click Start free trial. |

Enter your domain name, and we'll add .webex.com to it. For example, |

Select your timezone. |

Click Create. |

It may take a few minutes to create your Webex URL. Once it's been created, click Manage licenses. Once your Webex URL is created, your 30-day trial begins. We recommend assigning your 20 licenses immediately so your users can start using webinars. |

Set up automatic license assignments, or manually assign up to 20 licenses to users. |

Click Copy email template to send your users an email about their free trial. Once the template opens in your email program, you can edit it. |
What to do next
An alert is shown in Alerts Center 10 days before the free trial expires, and on the day the trial expires. After 30 days, the free trial is cancelled. Contact your partner to purchase a paid webinar plan.
