Webex App | Choose your caller ID for outgoing calls on mobile

When your business and personal lines use the same mobile device, choose which of the lines to use for your caller ID or hide your caller ID.

The Dual Persona feature is set up by your administrator and requires Broadworks mobility service.

Tap your profile picture, and then tap Settings > Calling

Under Calling Mode tap the calling mode selected.

Choose My Mobile Operator and then choose one of the options for your outgoing caller ID:

  • Show Business Line
  • Show Personal Line
  • Hide Caller ID

In the call tab and dial pad view, you can also choose between your business or personal line.
