In WBS33 and later, you select which participant you want to lock video focus on from the meeting control at the top of the screen.

You can lock the video focus of the main video on you, a specific participant, or the active speaker. If you're the host, you can determine whose video you and your participants see.
Users joining from video devices will still see the active speaker. |
Each participant can choose who appears in their thumbnail videos. When you lock a thumbnail video in focus, only your view is affected.
The thumbnail videos cannot be locked for everyone in a specific arrangement by the host. Each participant can lock their thumbnail videos in a view that they want. |

While in Stage view or Focus view, select Lock this video on a specific participant

Place your cursor over the thumbnail or grid video that you want to lock a participant in place to, click More options

If you know the name of the participant you want to lock to that location, enter it in the search bar or select it from the participant list. You can lock focus on the first 6 thumbnail videos.
