Turn on call waiting in the calling user portal
Call waiting lets you answer multiple calls at the same time. When you are on an active call, a tone alerts you to a new call, and you can choose to answer or ignore the call.
1 | Go to https://settings.webex.com and select Webex Calling. |
2 | From the calling user portal, click Call Settings. |
3 | Toggle on Call Waiting. |
4 | Click Save. ![]() |
