Your Webex administrator must enable live streaming. |
Sharing a whiteboard and sharing a file using Share File, including sharing a video file, aren’t supported while live streaming.
You must have a Workplace from Facebook account.
Make sure that you have signed in to Workplace from Facebook and become familiar with the process of live streaming well before you intend to live stream your meeting or event.
1 | Sign in to Workplace from Facebook. |
2 | Select the group where you want to stream the meeting or event and then click .![]() |
3 | Go to the Connect tab. You'll see the server URL and stream key. You'll need to copy and paste these in Step 6. ![]() |
4 | Sign in to your Webex site, start your meeting or event, go to More options

5 | (Optional) Click Change streaming layouts to set the video layout of your stream. For more information about selecting your streaming video layout, see Live Stream Your Webex Meetings or Events. ![]() |
6 | Select Other streaming services. ![]() |

8 | Click Start streaming to start streaming from Webex Meetings or Events. To confirm that you're streaming from Webex Meetings or Events, check for the Live |
9 | When you're ready to start streaming your meeting or event live, go back to Workplace from Facebook, enter a title for the live stream, and click Go Live. ![]() The group members can view the meeting or event in the Workplace group where you shared the live stream. ![]() Open a separate browser tab, go to the Workplace group where you started the live stream, and click Share to share the live video with other people. ![]() |

, and then select Stop streaming.
