Invite a device to your in-progress Webex meeting

As a meeting host or cohost, you can either search for the device by name or directly enter the device's video address. The device then receives a call from the meeting, allowing the user to join seamlessly.

Invite a device to an in-progress meeting

You can invite a Cisco or third-party device, for example, a Webex Room Device, a Desk Pro, or a desk phone.

This feature is available on our Webex Suite meeting platform. Find out if your meetings use the Webex Suite meeting platform.

In the Invite and remind panel, you can also invite someone by calling their PSTN phone number.

1	Open Webex and sign in.
2	During a meeting, choose one of the following: Click More options > Invite and remind. In the participants panel, click Invite and remind.
3	In the Invite and remind panel, click Devices.
4	Do one of the following: Enter the device name. Then, in the search results, select the device. Enter the device's video address in the format example@domain.com, and then press Enter.
5	Click Invite. The app calls the device. When someone answers the call on the device, the device joins the meeting.
