Invite a device to an in-progress meeting

You can invite a Cisco or third-party device, for example, a Webex Room Device, a Desk Pro, or a desk phone.

This feature is available on our Webex Suite meeting platform. Find out if your meetings use the Webex Suite meeting platform.

1	Open Webex and sign in.
2	During a meeting, choose one of the following: Click More options > Invite and remind. In the participants panel, click Invite and remind.
3	In the Invite and remind panel, click Devices.
4	Do one of the following: Enter the device name. Then, in the search results, select the device. Enter the device's video address in the format example@domain.com, and then press Enter.
5	Click Invite. The app calls the device. When someone answers the call on the device, the device joins the meeting.
