The actual resolution that's transmitted may be limited by Webex administration settings and available bandwidth.

Open settings from your profile picture and select Video.

Next to Camera resolution, choose the maximum resolution that your camera can use:

  • 360p—low resolution
  • 720p—standard high-definition resolution
  • 1080p—full high-definition resolution

    Your Webex account must be enabled with the 1080p video resolution capability to see the 1080p option.

Click Save.

Requirements to use 1080p

Windows

Memory: 4 GB or more of RAM

Processor: 4 cores at 1.4 GHz or higher

Or

Memory: 4 GB or more of RAM

Processor: 8 cores

Mac

Memory: 1 GB or more of RAM

Processor: 4 cores at 2 GHz or higher

Or

Memory: 4 GB or more of RAM
