When you sign in to Control Hub, you can customize the Overview page with cards that have the information you want displayed first. Two cards are available at the start: Your assigned roles and What's New for October. These two cards can't be removed from the Overview page, but you can move and resize them however you want.

Let's say you're a Webex Calling administrator who focuses on troubleshooting and helping users with media quality issues during their calls. You can customize the Overview page to show the relevant charts that you want to see first when you sign in instead of having to navigate to the Analytics page.

Another example is if you're a devices administrator and you want to quickly check on the status of all the devices in your organization and how they're doing. You can add the charts and KPIs that'll help you

Each admin has their own customized Overview page, so you can customize the page in a way that's best for you without having to worry. The cards that are available to add to the Overview page are:

• Setup guide—This card shows you recommended next steps on what you should do to set up your organization.

• Total users KPI—This card shows you the total number of users in your organization.

• Total devices KPI—This card shows you the total number of devices in your organization.

• Analytics charts and KPIs—When you click on this option, you'll get redirected to the Analytics page where you can pin any of the charts or KPIs. Charts from My Dashboard can't be pinned to the Overview page.

  Data from the charts and KPIs are based on the date range currently selected when you pin them to the Overview page. You can change the date range in the Overview page by selecting Customize and adjusting the date range.
