  • 管理员必须针对您的位置设置一号通 (Office Anywhere)。
  • Your administrator must have enabled this feature for you to access and configure it. If you don’t see this setting, check with your administrator.

Sign in to User Hub, then click Settings > Calling > Call settings.

The Calling option is available only for users with the Webex Calling license. If you don’t see the Calling option, it means you don’t have the Webex Calling license.

Go to Single number reach (office anywhere) section and turn on the toggle.

Select the check box next to the Name and Personal phone number to add a phone number to be used as your single number reach number.

在添加电话号码后,该号码将被激活。要停用电话号码,请取消选中该电话号码旁的复选框。

Select any of the following Incoming calling options:

  • Do Not Forward Calls—Your calls aren't forwarded, even if you've call forwarding enabled.

  • Answer Confirmation—When someone calls you, they're prompted to press a key before being connected. 如果您希望主叫方知道其呼叫将自动转到您的一号通 (Office Anywhere) 号码,请使用此选项。

单击保存

您可以单击添加其他个人号码 ,然后按照之前的步骤添加另一个个人号码。
