Enable anonymous call rejection for users

Sign in to Control Hub, and go to Management > Users.

Choose a user and click the Calling tab.

Go to the Call handling section and toggle on Anonymous call rejection.

Click Save.

A user can also turn on anonymous call rejection on their own in the user portal. For more information, see Reject calls from unidentified caller IDs. Any changes made to these settings by the user will be reflected in both the user portal and Control Hub.

Enable anonymous call rejection for workspaces

Before you begin

Ensure workspaces have a professional license assigned. To find out more about the features that are available with workspace licenses, see Features available by license type for Webex Calling.

Choose a workspace and click the Calling tab.

Go to the Call handling section and toggle on Anonymous call rejection.
