How do I disable the chat panel in Webex Events (Classic)?

Solution:

The chat panel cannot be disabled during the scheduling process.

To disable the chat panel within an active Event:

  1. Within the event, select the Event menu.
  2. Select Options.
  3. In the 'Event Options' window, deselect the checkbox marked Chat.
  4. Click OK.
