When you make a Cisco Jabber call using a VPN over a Wi-Fi network, and the call audio is only one-way, then check if you’re using the Cisco AnyConnect VPN client.

If you're using a different VPN client, then make sure that you install and configure that VPN client using the relevant third-party documentation.
