The free version of Webex App is not available for use in export control restricted countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria) and Crimea, Mainland China, Russia, and Belarus.

Webex Meetings, Webex App and cloud device registrations are available for sale in the following countries and regions. Hybrid Services are available for deployment in these locations as well.

These calling services can be deployed but not sold in the following branch office only countries and regions:

Algeria, Azerbaijan, Benin, Bosnia and Herzegovina, China, Macau, Montenegro, Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia, Sri Lanka, and Tunisia.

For example, a partner in the United States can sell and deploy services in the United States. If that same customer also has branch offices in Tunisia and Syria, they can deploy services in Tunisia . The customer can't sell in Tunisia nor can they sell or deploy services in Syria because Syria is in neither list of supported countries and regions.

If deploying a Multi-tenant or Dedicated Instance for Webex Calling, the service can be deployed to any country except Embargo countries.

Select Product Certifications by Country and select Go.

Review the Product Approvals Status page.

Scroll to Option 2 and in the Name dialog box, enter the SKU of the Webex device you want to confirm approval status.

All video device SKUs can be found in the Cisco Video Devices Ordering Guide.

When the search has returned a result for the Cisco video device SKU, select that SKU from the Product Found list and move to Selected Product(s) list.

Select Country and then click Submit.

Ciscofax will return a list of countries where that Cisco video device can be sold.

If your country or region is not on the list and you potentially require it for future opportunity please complete the following Smartsheet and the Business Unit Product Manager and/or World Wide Collaboration Sales team will get back to you.

The Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan is the Cisco lead collaboration offer for selling meetings and/or calling with team collaboration. For the countries and regions that Cisco is enabled for Webex paid subscriptions, you can sell the Collaboration Flex Plan for the cloud services that are offered in that country or region. Refer to the Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan for more information.

Cloud services restricted countries

Cisco is unable to sell Webex Meetings and Webex App paid subscriptions in Mainland China, South Sudan and Yemen at this time. If you have any questions regarding the sale of Webex Meetings and Webex App paid subscriptions in these countries, please contact your local Cisco Account Manager or Partner Account Manager.

U.S. export control restrictions

Webex Meetings and Webex App are unavailable in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria and Crimea due to U.S. export control restrictions.
