Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to Configuration > Common Site Settings > Options, Account Management Settings section.

To allow users to edit a field, check the corresponding check box, under Allow user to change below fields.

Allow user to change below fields section, with First name, Last name, and Display name check boxes.

If you sync your organization's users with Active Directory, then users can't change their profiles in Webex App. The controls for enabling users to edit their profiles are inactive in Control Hub.

Sign in to Control Hub at https://admin.webex.com/, and go to Management > Organization Settings

Scroll to the Webex user profile.

Check the boxes for the profile fields you want users to be able to edit:

Profile fields: First and last name, Display name, and Profile picture, with corresponding check boxes.
