Subscribe to the Webex Status Site RSS Feed for Update and Upgrade Notifications
The Status Maintenance Updates/Upgrades page includes announcements for releases & product updates, feature highlights, and any special notification relating to Webex applications.
To access the RSS Feed for Updates and Upgrades from the Webex Status Maintenance page:
- Go to https://status.webex.com/updates/upgrades.
- Right-click the
icon at the top right of the Status Updates/Upgrades page, then copy and use the URL link in the RSS reader of your choice.
To receive notifications in a WebexSpace:
- Add Rss.bot@webex.bot to any Webex Space as a new person.
- On the welcome message from the RSS bot, click on the Add Feed drop-down.
- Enter a name for the feed in the Feed name field.
- In the URL field, enter https://status.webex.com/maintenance.rss and then click Save Feed.
To subscribe to email notifications for new entries or individual posts on the Webex Status Maintenance Page:
- Go to https://status.webex.com/updates/upgrades.
- Select the individual post you would like to subscribe to under the Updates/Upgrades section.
- Select the Subscribe button, then enter your email address and click Create Subscription.
