Deploy the Webex Meetings Scheduler for Office 365

To deploy the Webex Meetings Scheduler for Office 365, install it from the Microsoft Office AppSource. Then, follow the instructions in Manage deployment of Office 365 add-ins in the Office 365 admin center.


The Webex Meetings Scheduler for Office 365 is available for Microsoft Office 365 for Windows version 1808 and later, Microsoft Office 365 for Mac version 16.22 and later, Microsoft Office 2019 for Windows version 1901 and later, and Microsoft Office 2016 for Mac version 16.16.7 and later.

Configure the Webex Meetings Scheduler for Office 365

To enable the Webex Meetings Scheduler, first make sure that your Webex site version is WBS39.1 or later. To find out which versions you’re using, see Find Your Cisco Webex Meetings Version Number.

  1. Do one of the following:

    • If you manage your Webex site in Cisco Webex Control Hub, from the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Services. Under Meeting, select Sites, choose your site, and then select Configure Site. Under Common Settings, select Site Options.

    • If you manage your Webex site in Cisco Webex Site Administration, sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to Configuration > Common Site Settings > Options.

  2. In the Third-Party Integration section, under Microsoft Office 365, check Automatically link users with this Webex site if their Webex account email address matches their Microsoft Office 365 email address and select Update.

Authorize a Tenant Administrator

After you enable the Webex Meetings Scheduler, authorize a tenant administrator.

  1. Select Add New Authorization.

  2. A new window opens. Sign in with your Microsoft administrator account.

  3. In the Permissions requested section, select Accept.

  4. Refresh the page to view the updated Tenant ID and Tenant Domains fields.
