Enable anonymous call rejection for workspaces
Prevent users and workspaces from getting anonymous calls

As an administrator, you can prevent the users and workspaces from getting calls from unidentified or blocked caller IDs.

Sign in to Control Hub, and go to . |

Choose a user and click the Calling tab. |

Go to the Call handling section and toggle on Anonymous call rejection. |

Click Save. A user can also turn on anonymous call rejection on their own in the user portal. For more information, see Reject calls from unidentified caller IDs. Any changes made to these settings by the user will be reflected in both the user portal and Control Hub. |

Sign in to Control Hub, and go to . |

Choose a workspace and click the Calling tab. |

Go to the Call handling section and toggle on Anonymous call rejection. |

Click Save. |
