Select Recordings on the left navigation bar.

On the My Recorded Meetings page, you can see recordings for all the Webex meetings, events, and training sessions that you hosted and recorded.

Select More next to the name of the recording, and then select Edit.

Edit the name and description, and choose which panels you want to include in the recording.

Clear the Transcripts check box if a transcript was created but you don't want others to see it when they play the recording.

Excluding the transcript in a recording is available in Webex Meetings and Webex Events for WBS 39.7 and later versions. To find out which version you’re using, see Find Your Cisco Webex Meetings Version Number.

Select Save.
