  • The meeting is more than 7 days in the past or beyond 28 days (four weeks) in the future.
  • Meetings with more than 300 invitees are not included in the meeting list.
  • If a distribution list is invited to a meeting, the meeting won't appear in the users' Webex meeting list. If users want the meeting to appear in their meetings list, they must accept the invitation and send the response to the meeting organizer.
  • Meetings that do not have the user listed as an attendee (for example, meetings that were downloaded as an .ics file) do not appear in the meeting list.
  • Meeting list is currently limited to a five week window.
  • User has not accepted the invitation.
  • User has accepted the invitation but did not respond.
  • Currently not supported.
