Solution:
What is a host key?
A host key is a six-digit code generated when a Webex session is scheduled. The host can use the host key to reclaim the host role within a live session, or it can be used to start a meeting from a video system. The option has to be enabled within the Cisco Webex Meetings Site Administration page to include the host key within-host emails.
In October 2020 Cisco announced Host key rotation, to prevent unauthorized use of the host key, the host key for a meeting will now automatically renew when a meeting ends after its scheduled time.

The host key for a session can be found in the following locations:
- The Host Information pop-up appears when you click on the Host Information button in the Outlook meeting appointment.
- The Meeting Information page within the My Webex Meetings subsection of the My Webex page.
- The Meeting Info tab of the running session. (not applicable for Personal Meeting Room)
