You can optionally sign in to Cisco Accessory Hub desktop app using your Webex account to enable device inventory management in Control Hub. Signing in isn't required to use the app for configuring the devices.

When logged in, the connected headset or camera automatically register to your Webex account and the administrator is able to manage headset and camera inventory in Control Hub.

Before you begin

Obtain your Webex account from your administrator. A valid Webex account must be entitled through Control Hub.

Connect your Cisco headset or desk camera to your computer.

Open the Cisco Accessory Hub desktop app.

In the Welcome window, enter the email address that you used to register for your Webex account and click Next.

If you close the sign-in window, you can reopen it by clicking the Sign In button located in the bottom-left corner of the app.

Enter your password or use the applicable authentication methods depending on your account settings.
