Solution:

The Webex Document Loader (WDL) is a printer driver that is installed with our meeting and remote access products.

The Webex Document Loader is used for:

• Importing document files, such as Microsoft Word (.DOCX) and Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) files, into the meeting using the Share File (including Video) option
• Remote printing (Support Center, Access Anywhere, and Remote Access only)

Note: The WDL is part of the Webex Meetings app bundle, and it is not part of the Webex app. If you want to share a file other than Microsoft PowerPoint then you need to separately install the printer driver WDL.

The WDL is not used for sharing:

• PowerPoint files
• Any file shared through the Share Application or Share My Screen options (these options use the original application to open and display the file)
