The Join Before Host Option is Grayed Out When Scheduling a Webex Meeting

ISSUE
When scheduling a meeting on your Webex site, the Join before host options are grayed out.
RESOLUTION
This is due to the date and time you have your meeting scheduled for. If the meeting is scheduled to begin within five minutes, the Join before host options will be grayed out.
