Solution:
Changes to a host account on an SSO enabled Webex site are done using SAML Assertion Attributes when Auto Account Update is enabled. Whether Auto Account Update is enabled or not, the Cisco Webex Meetings Site Administrator can manually make changes to the host account by logging into the Webex Meetings Site Administration portal. However, they cannot make changes to the user's password.
Note: If for any reason you need to change the password, you would have to change the user to a Webex Meetings Site Administrator first, before making the change.
