    Voicemail is heard when a participant joins the teleconference.

    When an attendee uses the Call Me option, it goes to voicemail.

    Voicemail plays when joining an audio conference.

    Meeting is interrupted by voicemail.

    Cause: The Join the teleconference without pressing "1": option is set to On in Site Administration or Control Hub.

    Site Admins Only

    In order to prevent voicemails from disrupting meetings, follow these steps.

    Cisco Webex Meetings Site Administration:

    1. Log in to your Webex Meetings Site Administration. (Example: SITENAME.webex.com/admin.php)
    2. Click Configuration in the left panel.
    3. Click Common Site Settings > Options.
    4. Scroll down to the Default Scheduler Options section.
    5. Under Join the teleconference without pressing "1":, select Off.
    6. Scroll to the bottom of the page, then click on Update.


    Cisco Webex Control Hub:

    1. From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Services, and under Meeting, select Sites.
    2. Choose the Webex site to change the settings for, and click Configure Site.
    3. Under Common Settings, select Site Options.
    4. Scroll down to the Default Scheduler Options section.
    5. Under Join the teleconference without pressing "1":, select Off.
    6. Scroll to the bottom of the page, then click on Update.
