How is the Greeting / IVR language determined when receiving a callback in a Webex Meeting?
Can I have a preferred call-back language irrespective of the country I'm calling from?
The Language and Locale settings under Web Page Preferences determine the call-back language.
If you are not hearing the greeting or IVR in the language you selected under Web Page Preferences, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM). For help, see: WBX15 - How Do I Contact My Customer Success Manager (CSM)?
Note: Language preference is not supported with Edge Audio when internal extensions are used. Prompts will always be in English.
