Troubleshoot connecting to your camera and microphone in the web app on Chrome

If you don’t see your camera or microphone when using the Webex web app in the Chrome browser, you may need to adjust your browser settings directly. The camera and microphone settings in Chrome can be found here:

  • chrome://settings/content/camera

  • chrome://settings/content/microphone

You may be required to restart your browser after plugging in a new device.
