Change Your Administrator Password If You Can't Sign in to Cisco Webex Control Hub
If you have problems signing in to the customer view in Control Hub, you can change your administrator password.
From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, enter your email address, and click Sign In.
Click Can't access your account?, enter the text from the image, and click Submit.
Follow the instructions in the email we send.
