Change the Language Used for Specific Call Features

If you feel more comfortable in a different language, change the language that Cisco Webex displays. Your registered devices also change to the language you choose.

You can change the language displayed in Cisco Webex Settings and used in the following call-related areas:

  • Phone screen

  • Voicemail prompts

  • Wrong number announcements

So, if you're more comfortable working in a different language, switch to it in Cisco Webex Settings.


If you decide not to change the preferred language in Cisco Webex Settings, the language set by your administrator at the organizational level is used.

From Cisco Webex Settings, go to My Profile, click more , and click Language Settings. Choose one of the many languages available. The new language is displayed in Cisco Webex Settings and your phone may restart.
