A webinar series allows people to register for multiple Webex Webinars at once. Hosts can create a webinar series, and can add contributors to the series. Both hosts and contributors can add webinars they own to the series, as well as remove webinars they own from the series.
All webinars in a series use the same registration form. Registration approval is managed by the webinar host.
1 | Sign in to your Webex site, then select Webinars. | ||

3 | Enter a name and description for your webinar series. | ||
4 | To copy the webinar series invitation and send it to others, click Copy series invitation.

5 | In the Registration form section, click Edit to customize the registration form for your attendees.

6 | In the Registration type section, click Edit to allow attendees to register for one or more webinars in the series:

7 | If you want to allow others to modify this series, enter their email addresses in the Contributors section. The contributors you've added receive an email. They can do the following in this series:
