Customize what attendees see when they join a webinar

If your webinar requires registration, the host can provide a more personalized experience by customizing the page attendees see when they join. The color theme, logo, background, and speakers’ profile can be customized and previewed on computers and mobile devices to see how it looks.

If your webinar requires registration, you can customize the join page as follows:

  • Select a theme (Dark or Light)

  • Upload a background image

  • Specify a background color for the left panel, and for the header and background color

  • Change the color of the webinar title

  • Change the text color for the host's name and agenda

  • Hide the host's name on the webinar landing page

  • Upload images and descriptions for each speaker

Sign in User Hub, then click Webinars.

Select your webinar and in the Branding section, click Edit.

  • Click Layout to customize your theme, logo, background image, text colors, and buttons.

  • Click Content to show or hide the host, the speaker, or the agenda.

To see what your page looks like in the desktop app or mobile app, click the desktop icon or mobile icon .

Click Save.

If your webinar has practice sessions, you can add an image, text message, and music for attendees to listen to while the practice session is going on. To brand your webinar or give it a specific theme, customize what attendees seen when you sync your stage.
