Board Pro 55, Board Pro 75, Board Pro G2, Desk Pro, Desk, Desk Mini, DX70, DX80, Room Kit, Room Bar, Room Bar Pro, Room Kit Mini, and Room 55 implement the standard protocol for USB wired audio devices. Manufacturers can implement the standard differently (called HID protocol). So, different models from the same manufacturer can behave differently, and we can't guarantee that all headsets and handsets work.

We test and support answer, hang up, mute, and volume control. You can control the volume independently from the room or desk device and the headset, but the volumes aren’t synchronized. For example, to achieve the maximum volume, you must set both the volume on the device and the headset to maximum.

For the Cisco Headset 500, 700, and 900 Series we also support: volume sync, hold and resume calls, and reject incoming calls.

We continue to test more headset and dongle models. Check this article for updated information.
