Show or hide names in thumbnail videos in meetings and webinars
Feedback?In meetings and webinars, choose how you want the names of participants to appear. If you don't know everyone, show everyone's names all the time to help you learn them. Hide participant names if want focus on their video more clearly.

During a meeting, click Layout

Select Names in videos and then choose one of the following options:

To show or hide all participant names during a meeting, tap Layout

Hide the names of everyone except the active speaker or show the names of every participant.
