Configure conference settings for phones
View the information in the following sections for how to configure the conference service for your phones.
Enable the conference service for your phones so that users can initiate or join multiple-way calls using their phone lines.

Specify the conference bridge URL for your desired line. |

Click Submit All Changes. |
By default, the Participants button is available to the host. The host can use the Participants button to view and manage participants.
If you have enabled the Programmable Softkey feature for a phone, make sure to add the Participants button to the Hold Key List. Otherwise, the host won't be able to access the button while the conference call in on hold.
These steps are applicable only to the phones that have programmable softkeys enabled. If your phone doesn't use programmable softkeys, there's no need to change the settings.

By default, the participants can't view who else is on the conference call. To let your users view the participant list, you must enable their phones to get the list and make sure to properly set the programmable softkeys.

Enable the phone to get the participant list. If the phones are set to the default softkey settings, users can access the Participants button after you set Callinfo Subscribe to Yes. Otherwise, follow the next step to add the Participants button to the programmable softkeys. |
