Webex | View or Download Files Shared in a Space
When people share files in a space, you can view them as they're posted. Or, you can see a list of all recently shared files without scrolling through the messages.
Go to Messaging, choose a space, click Content, and then select .
Select List view to view files in a list, or Grid view to view files as thumbnails.
When you hover over a file you can do the following:
Show in Messages.
Download, and then click Show in folder.
Update file share—If the file is shared from Microsoft Onedrive or Sharepoint Online.
You can also click on a file in a space to see the file in a preview window, then click left or right to quickly navigate between other files shared in the space.
Choose how to view and download files:
Preview—Tap the file. Tap and then choose from:
Share—Choose an application to share the file.
Save—Save the file to the device.
Open with...—Choose an application to open the file.
Show in Space—See who sent a file and when they sent it.
See all files—In the space, tap the activity menu , then tap Content and choose Files.
Tap List view to view files in a list, or Grid view to view files as thumbnails.
Tap a file to see a preview, then swipe left or right to quickly navigate between files shared in the space.
Choose how to view and download files:
Preview—Click the file to get a quick preview. You can also download the file from here.
Download—Hover over the file in the space and then click Download.
See all files—Click, then select Files.
You can choose where to save downloaded files if you're using Webex for Web.
