You can integrate your work calendar into your meetings list so that you have all of your appointments in one place.

Cisco Webex Hybrid Calendars

In order to see the Calendar - Hybrid Services option, your administrator must set you up with the Cisco Webex Hybrid Calendar Service. By enabling this option, it gives Webex Teams permission to show your work calendar in your meetings list. All work entries in your meetings list that have been pulled from the Hybrid Calendar show up in orange.

Local Calendars

You can also share your personal calendars with Webex Teams so that your meetings list includes entries for things like holidays or personal appointments. Your administrator doesn't need to do anything for you to have this option. It's always available to you.

Any personal appointments or other events in your mobile device's calendar also appear in your meetings list.

Tap your profile picture and then go to Meetings.

Tap Add Your Calendar, then tap OK to give Webex Teams permission to access your calendars.

You can then select any Calendars that you want to see in your meetings list.


 

If both Hybrid and Local Calendars are enabled, you may see duplicate entries in your meetings list. We highlight them with different colors, making it easier for you to differentiate between them.

You can always disable a specific calendar in your Local Calendars list if you want to avoid duplicate entries.
