• Shared devices: Best overview is turned back on automatically after the next call has ended.

  • Personal mode devices: To use best overview again after changing the camera settings, toggle it back on from the camera menu.

This article does not apply to DX 70 and DX 80 devices.

You can change the camera settings from the Webex Board only when you're in a call.

If you have a Touch 10 connected to your Webex Board, you can use the Touch 10 to control the camera view.

When you’re in a call, tap the screen to see the selfview image.

Tap the selfview image and select Adjust camera view to open the camera options.

Toggle off Best Overview and use the camera controls to adjust pan, tilt, and zoom.

To close the selfview and camera control menu, tap the screen anywhere outside the menu.

Board and Desk Series devices automatically frame you with Best Overview. In some situations, you might want to adjust the framing.

To access and adjust camera controls:

  1. To access the settings at any time, swipe from the right side of the screen. In the right panel that opens, tap Camera Settings.

  2. Tap Adjust camera view. Toggle Best Overview ON or OFF. Use the camera controls to adjust pan, tilt, and zoom.


    If toggling Best Overview isn't available to you, check that it's enabled in the Settings menu under Advanced features.

  3. To close the right side panel, tap anywhere else on the screen.

During a call, you can also access and adjust the camera controls from the selfview:

  1. Tap the screen to get the control buttons across the bottom. Tap Selfview. Your self view will open up on top of the call.

  2. Tap Adjust camera view. Toggle Best Overview ON or OFF. Use the camera controls to adjust pan, tilt, and zoom.
