Open the Webex Meetings desktop app.

Select Connect to a device and select the video device you’d like to use.

In PowerPoint, Excel, or Word, go to the top ribbon and select Share This File.

Select Share to Webex Device to use a Webex Share or a video device that isn't currently in a meeting. Or, select Share to Meeting to use a Webex Share or a video device that is currently in a meeting.

To switch between applications, select .
