
A Jira administrator must install the Cisco Webex Meetings app and enter your Webex site. People with host accounts on that Webex site can use the app to start, schedule, and join Webex Personal Room meetings from Jira. Their Webex accounts must also be enabled for using Personal Rooms.

In a Jira issue, click on the right side of the page. |

Click Start Meeting. ![]() Your meeting appears in the task activity log as a comment, so everyone following the issue knows about and can join the meeting.

Enter the meeting topic, date, start time, duration, and time zone and then click Schedule. ![]() Your meeting appears in the task activity log as a comment. Everyone following the issue knows about the meeting and can join
the meeting when it's time.

If someone starts a meeting right away or schedules a meeting and it's time to join, do one of the following:

Click Cancel Meeting. ![]() When you cancel a meeting, a comment notifies users that you canceled the meeting.
