Go to Teams , choose a team, then select a space from the spaces list.

In the space, click People, and then click Add people

Enter a name or email address and pick them from the results list. If you selected someone that you don't want to add to the space, click their profile picture to remove them.

Click Add to add your selected people to the space.

Tap , select People , then tap Add People. You can add several people at a time, type the first letters of their name or their email address, and select them from the list.

Then, tap Add.

In the top right corner of the space, click activity_panel_icon to open the Activity Panel.

Click Add People. Type in the name of the person you would like to add, and select them from the list. If you accidentally select someone you don't want to add, just click their profile picture to remove them.


 

If their name doesn't appear, then they don't have a Webex account. Enter their email address to invite them to join.

Finally, click Add to add your selected people to the space.


 

You can add up to 50 people at a time by copying and pasting a list of email addresses separated by commas or semicolons.
