Webex App | Enable Cisco AI Assistant in meetings
Feedback?
Turn on AI Assistant in your meetings to make sure everyone can easily follow the conversation, ask questions, and stay updated-without interrupting the flow. With the help of AI Assistant, your team can save time, fully participate, and stay engaged throughout the meeting.
Your organization administrator determines which options are available based on the
settings they apply. If you don't see a specific option, reach out to your organization
administrator to have it enabled.
Join your meeting, in the meeting controls click
AI Assistant and select from:
Set AI Assistant to automatically start, when you click Record in your meeting.
In the AI Assistant panel, click Settings. Then, in the Meeting options window,
check Start recordings will also turn on AI Assistant, and
click Apply.
This applies both when the recording is started, or when the meeting organizer
enables Automatically turn on AI Assistant when the meeting
starts, when scheduling the meeting.
If AI Assistant doesn't start automatically at the start of the meeting, the meeting host gets a
pop-up reminder, prompting them to start AI Assistant manually.
Choose who can start and stop the summary. In the AI Assistant panel, click
Settings. Then, in the Meeting options window, go
to Start and stop summary and choose from:
Only the host and cohosts can start and stop the summary—default selected
option.
Anyone can start and stop the summary—allow anyone to start or stop the AI
summary.
When you've made your selection, click Apply.

When you schedule a meeting, either in the app, or in User Hub, you can select to have
